Jonah And The Whales is a full-service, Bible centered and action packed preschool program. Developed specifically for children ages 3-5, your child will be excited to go to children's church and join our little pod of whales. Lessons built around Group's "Playful Songs And Bible Stories For Preschoolers" keep our little ones moving and learning.
Children ages 3 (as of September) to 5 can be dropped off at the preschool suite at the beginning of service after they have been checked in at one of the welcome desks. Or if you would prefer to keep your child through Communion and drop him/her off at the preschool suite when the older children are released for children's church, you can do that as well.
The Bible story theme of the preschool room is Jonah and the big fish, which most scholars believe was a whale. That whale from the Biblical tale was an agent of change in not only Jonah's life, but many others. And we believe children are the agents of change for their generation and generations to come. So, we created Jonah And The Whales to be a perfect environment for your kids to learn about Jesus' love.
With preschoolers being at an age where they think they're big (baby whales if you will), our program lets them learn with hands-on activities they can do themselves.
