We like to say that Kaw Prairie is "staff-directed & elder-protected." Our elected church leaders form a Vision Team (ie, Elder Board, Church Council, Session, etc), that takes a big-picture view of our health and progress, studies research and background material, approves policies for ministry, prays over concerns and opportunities, and struggles together to keep Kaw Prairie fruitful and faithful to the Gospel in all it does. The 2009-2011 Vision Team comprises (L-to-R) Doug Folk, Ann Klockau, Cindy Edgington, Mark Chrislip, Rochelle Cannon, and Todd Bartelt.
