We like to say that Kaw Prairie is "staff-directed & elder-protected." Our elected church leaders form a Vision Team (ie, Elder Board, Church Council, Session, etc), that takes a big-picture view of our health and progress, studies research and background material, approves policies for ministry, prays over concerns and opportunities, and struggles together to keep Kaw Prairie fruitful and faithful to the Gospel in all it does. The 2012 Vision Team comprises Debbie Atkinson,Todd Bartelt, Mark Chrislip, Doug Folk, Jon Guilford, and Tim Miller.
