Our mission as a church is, put simply, to change lives with Jesus' love. We do that by letting God transform our hearts and habits, and then moving outward, asking God to let us be change-agents in our families, our neighborhoods, our communities -- and eventually, all of God's world!
Like most purpose-driven churches, we name the important building blocks of our ministry in our own particular way:
-
Celebrating (worshiping in a joyful, life-grounding way)
-
Cultivating (grounding our habits and worldview in Christ through small groups and life-long discipleship)
-
Caring (ministering to those both inside and outside the church)
-
Connecting (helping people find their way back to God)
-
Contributing (finding fulfillment of using our spiritual gifts and financial sacrifice for God's work)
But we pick just three of the C's to focus on in our mission statement: "We're called to change lives with Jesus' love,
- connecting others to Christ,
- cultivating hearts like Christ,
- celebrating life in Christ.”
