Director of Administration and Operations

The Director of Administration & Operations reports directly to the Lead Pastor and in partnership with other staff and volunteers is responsible for managing the church office and church administration, for internal and external communications, and for the maintenance and operations of the church facility and grounds. This position works to support the church’s purpose and mission in collaboration with other staff members and the entire church membership.

This position is full-time (40+ hours/week) with salary starting at $50,000, PTO, medical benefits, and retirement benefits.
