Since opening this building fifteen years ago, Kaw Prairie has welcomed thousands of people to utilize our facilities to practice and meet together.  We are grateful for the opportunity to be an asset to so many looking for a space to use for their team, scout group, or community organization.

Recently, our congregation has been engaged in the process of discerning Kaw Prairie’s vision, mission, and values.  As part of this process, our leadership team has been reevaluating various ministries and the use of our building. During this time of discernment, we are taking the opportunity to align the use of our facility with the purpose of our church, to better focus our resources. Moving forward, we will concentrate the use of our building by the community to non-profit community partners whose work is connected to our purpose, in addition to making space for our growing ministries, congregational activities, and member events.
